Overview

Reactec's custom developed ICU acts as the brain in any active vibration-control system. It interprets complex vibration data in real-time and calculates the appropriate response. The ICU can determine the significance of hazy differences in environmental conditions, and is unique in its ability to eliminate the trade-off between forced and resonant frequencies.

The ICU provides feedback where necessary to an external device. This feature allows it to be updatable. As a small, durable unit with very low power consumption and high operating tolerances, the ICU is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Reactec’s intelligent control unit can automatically adapt any system to changing load and vibration conditions. The ICU is unique in its flexibility: unlike many other controllers it requires no prior statistical knowledge of the system.
