RT440

The RT440 is a flexible hand held vibration meter, designed to be a single tool for a range of service, maintenance, inspection and diagnostic applications. This simple, easy to use portable vibration meter has been developed with an intuitive user interface, making it ideal for use by expert or non-expert personnel.

The RT440 is designed so that you can build functionality by adding new software modules to enhance your vibration analysis capabilities:

FFT Analyser

• Live display of frequency spectrum
• Phase information
• Bearing Analysis using ESP™
• Natural Frequency Identification

Check to Conformance

• General machine health check (condition monitoring, installation check etc) using vibration measurements to appropriate standards
• A check to conformance is a vibration measurement used to quantify the quality and / or health of a machine. It gives an on-the-spot indication of the health of your pump, motor or rotating mechanical device

Data Logger

• Record live vibration signatures e.g. run up, steady state & coast down
• Storage of two channel time data in industry standard (.WAV) format

Run Up Coast Down

• The run up coast down (RUCD) module is used to record and analyse machine vibration data where noise or vibration levels are changing with speed or time

Balancing

• High Precision 1 and 2 planes
