Senior Sales Manager

• Salary commensurate with experience + commission/bonus + car/car allowance. 
• Ideal candidate to be based in the Bristol or South West England Region.

At Reactec we have developed a unique , innovative and award winning product (the HAVmeter) that monitors the health and safety issues associated with Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS).  Over the last 3 years, we have built an extremely impressive client base across a multitude of industries including construction, tool hire, steel fabrication, manufacturing and councils and we want to continue that growth.

So what are we looking for?

As this is not a usual humdrum sales role we need a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join our talented team to develop awareness of our HAVmeter through developing and building relationships with key businesses to achieve the results we know and believe the HAVmeter is capable of.  Reporting in to a motivated, supportive and approachable MD you will have a direct line to what is happening in this progressive and successful business.

As we look for the best in our people and variety is the key in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A successful track record in sales within the construction, fabrication, tool hire or steel manufacturing industries
• Excellent account management, relationship development and face to face negotiations skills with proven ability to win new business
• Good business acumen with a thorough understanding of the complexities of business procedures
• Self-motivated with a proactive 'can do' attitude
• A professional, confident and credible demeanour
• The ability to communicate effectively and coherently at all level

Market Reseach Temp (P/T)

TEMPORARY POSITION- PART TIME (COULD LEAD TO PERMANENT ROLE)

At Reactec we have developed a unique , innovative and award winning product (the HAVmeter) that monitors the health and safety issues associated with Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS).  Over the last 3 years, we have built an extremely impressive client base across a multitude of industries including construction, tool hire, steel fabrication, manufacturing and the public sector and we want to continue that growth by targetting companies in our key market sector successes

The primary role is for an experienced market researcher to make direct contact with companies/organisations in our target market to identify the key contact(s) within these companies for our field sales team to target.    

SALARY

£8.50 per hour (min 20 hours per week) flexible hours

DUTIES

• Contact identified companies and establish key personnel names and details (i.e. job title, phone, email, postal address etc.)
• Follow-up on marketing campaigns to generate new prospect leads by telephone
• Updating CRM database of customer contacts (Sage ACT!)
• Assist with office admin as required

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL SET

Proven B2B track record

Polite and confident telephone manner; strong ability to build rapport / positive relationships over the phone

Be able to work on your own to achieve targets and also be an effective team member

Excellent keyboard and computer skills with a high attention to detail (experience of Excel; Word)
