Ian McNair

Chairman

McNair has previously held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard and Compaq, including Vice President of Sales Operations for EMEA for HP, Vice President of Enterprise Supply Chain EMEA for HP and Vice President of Computer Business Operations EMEA for Compaq. Prior to joining Compaq in 1995, McNair spent 17 years in a series of management positions at IBM. McNair brings his vast amount of experience of managing businesses growth and developing international sales to assist Reactec in expanding its business.

Jim O’Hagan

Managing Director

Jim is a graduate of Pure & Applied Mathematics from Strathclyde University and started his business career at the age of 26 as founding director of a successful Scottish based IT solutions and services business that grew to £25m+/annum turnover and employed 160+ staff in offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Following the successful sale of the business, Jim spent 12 years with NCR managing their £45m+/annum Scottish Banking clients and laterally took responsibility for the development of NCR’s Managed Services business throughout their UK banking and retail clients.

Jim brings over 30 years of business experience to Reactec that include company start-ups, business development, team building, fund raising, acquisitions and disposals.

Andy Mcgoff

Finance Director

Andy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 having trained with Ernst & Young. He joined one of his clients, IOM Ltd, as Finance Manager before moving to The Miller Group, the UK’s largest privately owned Housebuilding, Property Development and Construction Group. As an Associate Director he gained a broad exposure to the many different commercial and technical areas of the business particulary in relation to commercial property.

Andy now provides financial services to a number of businesses across a variety of sectors, advising and assisting with all aspects of their financial management and reporting process.

Mark-Paul Buckingham

Non-executive Director

Mark-Paul is a dynamic driving member of the team, with a Global vision for the Company coupled with strong business and engineering skills. Mark-Paul Buckingham achieved First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh and has obtained a PhD in Mechanical Engineering based on complex composite monitoring structures.

Mark-Paul has cut his business teeth growing Reactec, responsible for raising £2.1 Million Equity, £400k Government Grants and driving the company growth in excess of £1m. In 2008 Mark-Paul was chosen to join the UK and Indian Prime Ministers at the India-UK Business Summit held in Delhi. He presented at the event and was part of live televised debate with the Prime Ministers and leading entrepreneurs such as Richard Branson and Peter Jones.
