Area Sales Manager – Southern Region

Location : Southern Region, UK     
  Package :  Competitive plus Commission Scheme, Car Allowance, Pension & Life Assurance

Aims of the post

  • To generate and develop new business sales within regional accounts and assist in business growth with enterprise and channel partners
  • To work with established customers and manage and develop their sales further
  • To ensure a credible sales pipeline is built and maintained in line with company target and budget
  • To support the sales process in its entirety
  • To assist in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction with Reactec and its products

  • Sales Revenues
  • Pipeline activity and accuracy
  • Appointments, Meeting & Calls
  • Customer satisfaction


Duties will include:

  • Sales Generation (proposals, quotes & closure of orders)
  • Identifying prospects
  • Account Management
  • Ensuring Salesforce is updated weekly with sales pipeline opportunities and activity
  • Ensuring Outlook diary is kept up to date
  • Attending exhibitions, events to promote products and gain competitor intelligence


Key Relationships

  • Internal: Sales Team, BDM Team, Customer Service Team, Finance, Logistics, Marketing
  • External: All new and Established Customers


Resources Responsible For

  • Sales Pipeline and CRM database
  • Personal time and productivity
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of the Reactec products and services
  • Competitor activity within region
