Responsibilities

  • Fundamental research from a developed understanding of Reactec market drivers to identify potential prospects
  • Research and analysis: you’ll thoroughly research potential prospects, identifying the right person at the right company at the right time. Prospect for new leads using smart technology, online tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Research & deliver market intelligence & new business updates using Google Alerts.
  • Deliver new contact details to the business development team through research via telephone, Linkedin, email, etc
  • Build a new network of contacts from existing and new business contacts using social media channels.
  • Maintain excellent records of prospects via Salesforce CRM. 
  • Craft tailored emails to contacts to identify key prospects.
  • Support key prospecting projects identified by the business development team. 
 

The Person

  • Must be passionate about research 
  • Excellent telephone manner and the confidence to control calls to achieve maximum results
  • Ability to be self-directed, work independently and creatively
  • Ability to influence others and successfully negotiate to achieve the desired result
  • Self-motivated with energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Problem solving skills, a lateral thinker, creative
  • Further education qualification (HND minimum) in marketing or business administration
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 

Preferred Experience

  • Market research in a B2B environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM database
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms such as linked in
  • Experience promoting a technology offering
  • Experience of making research call
