How it Works
System requirements
All items below are required when using the Reactec Analytics Platform.

1. HAVWEAR ModuleThe HAVWEAR module calculates and displays in real-time exposure points to inform the wearer of their exposure to vibration. Sound and vibration alerts also inform the wearer of incremental increases in exposure and action thresholds exceeded. |

2. Docking StationThe Docking Station re-charges, downloads and transmits online the HAVWEAR module data to the Analytics reports system. The Docking Station is powered by a mains power cable/adaptor. It requires 15 minutes per daily recharge and 1 hour if a HAVWEAR has been fully discharged. The HAVWEAR fully charged last up to 3 days. There are two types of Docking stations which include a Docking Station to house a maximum 4 or 15 HAVWEAR modules at once. The 4 bay Docking station is ideal for supporting mobile workers and can be fitted into a vehicle. Click here for more information on the 4 bay Docking station. |

5. HAVWEAR Tool TagsHAVWEAR Tags are small, self-adhesive, robust components which are attached to all monitored vibrating equipment. HAVWEAR Tags contain tool specific data which is read by the HAVwear module using RFID communication. Ultimately customers will be responsible for deciding if any information is to be displayed on the HAVwear tag. Reactec would recommend the following be displayed
Please note: cards are programmed using Reactec' RFID Reader/Writer |

6. RFID ID CardsUnique ID cards are required for each operator to be able to sign out a HAVWEAR module from a Docking station. Each ID card is programmed to hold an operative’s exposure thresholds and can use either Reactec RFID enabled cards or CSCS cards. The individuals exposure thresholds as programmed by an employer on the card is encrypted and accessible only by that employer. By simply placing the card onto a Docking station the employee can collect a HAVWEAR for that shift personalised with their exposure thresholds. Please note: cards are programmed using Reactec' RFID Reader/Writer as shown Below. |

7. Analytics ReportsThe Analytics Reporting system is hosted by Reactec and customers are provided with the ability to manage their own employee access. The reports include individual worker exposure and related tool use to pinpoint exposure hot spots. Also over the longer term the reports can be used to manage the exposure of the whole works force and so impact positively on health management. |
